One: Whether you are sending a service or submission request to our team, please send your communication to the appropriate of the following email addresses:
Two: The subject line of your email should be listed as:
- “[NAMED INSURED] [POLICY NUMBER] [COMPANY/CARRIER]”
Three: Some additional notes about these new procedures:
- Please remember, to reduce or remove coverage we need an Accord form.
- Personal Lines submissions will continue through Ezlynx; but endorsements, changes, and Agent of Records will be through the PL@meaa4u.com inbox.
- Service requests and submissions sent directly to MEAA staff may get missed, so it is important to save the above addresses for all future use.
